Arrows was one of my worst restaurants experiences ever. The entrees are overpriced and undersized and, worst of all, the food tasted average at best. The service was poor and the ambiance was about what you'd see at your average 99 or Outback -- not bad but certainly not great.

To be brief, I would not recommend this restuarant to my worst enemy. It's one big rip off. There are better restaurants in the area at one-third the price.
